Returns
If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

Exchanges depend on current stock levels. If we can’t offer an exchange, we can process a refund for you via the original payment method.

Returns
If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:
- Unused and with all parts
- In its original packaging (sealed and with the tags if applicable)
- In a resalable condition
- With its proof of purchase
- You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product
Exceptions
Non-returnable Items
Certain products and services may not be returned or exchanged, and these include:
- Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
- Gift Cards
- Special orders
- Non-defective, opened video games and computer software
- Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse
- Bundles: Items bought together as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
